Accepting engagements — Q3 2026

§ Privacy

Privacy policy.

This page explains what information Robust Vertex collects about visitors, prospective clients, and the companies that engage us — and what we do with it. Plain language, as much as we can manage.

Last updated: 18 May 2026

1. Who we are

Robust Vertex is an independent IT consultancy operating at robustvertex.pro. Where this policy refers to "we", "us", or "our", it means Robust Vertex. Questions about anything below can go to info@robustvertex.pro.

2. What we collect

We collect a small amount of information, and only when you choose to give it to us.

2.1 Newsletter subscriptions

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store the email address you submit, the date and time of the submission, and the page on our site you submitted it from. That is all we store about subscribers.

2.2 Contact form submissions

If you fill out the contact form, we receive whatever you type into it — typically your name, email address, company, and the message you write — along with the date and time. Those messages arrive in our internal email and are kept for the lifetime of the conversation they begin.

2.3 Server logs

Our web server records standard request logs: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, response code, referrer, and user-agent string. We keep these for thirty days for security and debugging, then they are deleted.

2.4 Client engagement data

When a company engages us, we will inevitably handle information about their systems and, in many cases, about their employees and customers. We treat that information under the terms of the engagement contract and the data-processing addendum signed at the start of the work — never under this public policy.

3. What we do not collect

We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, social media pixels, or session-recording tools on this site. We do not set cookies for tracking purposes; the only cookies that exist are the ones strictly required to keep a form submission working across a page reload, and they expire within the session.

4. How we use what we collect

  • Newsletter addresses: to send the newsletter, and nothing else.
  • Contact submissions: to reply to your message and continue the conversation, if one is invited.
  • Server logs: to detect abuse, debug failures, and investigate security incidents.

We never sell information about our subscribers, contacts, or clients. We never share it with marketing or advertising networks.

5. Where it lives

The newsletter list and contact submissions live on infrastructure we operate directly. Outbound newsletter delivery is handled by our transactional email provider, who acts as a processor on our behalf and is bound by their own published policy. Our web server is located in the European Union.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to withdraw consent for any processing we do on the basis of your consent. To exercise any of these rights, email info@robustvertex.pro from the address concerned. We will respond within thirty days.

Newsletter unsubscribes are handled by the link at the bottom of every issue. Click it once and you are removed.

7. Security

The site is served over TLS. Form submissions travel over TLS. The subscriber list and contact records are stored on encrypted disks with restricted access. We follow the same baseline hardening practices on our own infrastructure that we recommend to clients.

No system is perfect. If you suspect a vulnerability in this site, please tell us at info@robustvertex.pro and give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, send a one-line note to newsletter subscribers before the change takes effect.

9. Contact

Anything else, or anything unclear above — info@robustvertex.pro.
